In order to study the influence of skylight in the underground comprehensive transportation hub on the internal light and thermal environment, a three-day light and thermal environment test is conducted in the skylight lighting area of Futian underground comprehensive transportation hub in Shenzhen. The changes of illuminance, air temperature, wall temperature and globe temperature of the skylight lighting area with time are analysed. The results show that the skylight lighting effect of underground comprehensive transportation hub is greatly affected by weather conditions and outdoor shelter, and it cannot meet the standard illumination value of 300 lx most of the time. When the solar radiation intensity is high, appropriate shading measures should be taken to avoid glare. The maximum difference of average temperature between skylight lighting area and artificial lighting area in one day is 0.3 ℃ and 0.4 ℃ on sunny and cloudy days respectively, and the difference between average black ball temperature and average air temperature is 0.5 ℃ and 0.2 ℃ on sunny and cloudy days respectively. Therefore, the solar radiation in winter in Shenzhen has little effect on the thermal sensation of human body under the skylight.
